1. General Provisions
This website and its associated services are owned and operated by Rebeca Yagüe / Body Movement Bachata. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Confirmation: A booking for a class, workshop, or mentorship program is only confirmed once full payment or a deposit (as specified) has been received.
- Pricing: Prices for weekly online classes are listed on the website. Pricing for customized programs, such as mentorship, is provided upon request or inquiry. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future offerings at any time.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Group Classes & Workshops: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another date. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Mentorship Programs: Mentorship bookings are binding once initiated. Individual session rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations by Us: If a class or event is canceled by Body Movement Bachata due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
4. Health, Safety & Liability
- Physical Fitness: Dance and physical movement carry inherent physical risks. By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of joining the activity.
- Liability: Body Movement Bachata / Rebeca Yagüe is not responsible for any personal injuries, illness, or loss/damage to personal property incurred during classes, events, or workshops, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, choreography videos, branding, images, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Rebeca Yagüe / Body Movement Bachata. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
6. Media Release (Photos & Videos)
During classes and events, photography or video recording may take place for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media content, please inform us in writing prior to the event.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
